Refer callers to HS anytime an animal needs to be taken away if:
1. An animal is injured and confined, and no warden is available, or,
2. An animal is injured outside of regular ACW dispatching hours.
3. An animal is in a vehicle, outside of regular ACW dispatching hours.
4. An animal is left in a house/on private property,
5. Reporting animal abuse or neglect if a person visually witnesses cruelty or abuse.
6. During an arrest and/or eviction.
7. An animal owner is hospitalized or deceased.
